Can we contact Radorfa about a single issue?
Yes. You can approach us with a specific IT question, a software project or an application integration. We discuss what you need, which work we can take on and the arrangements that fit.
Will we need to replace our existing software?
Not necessarily. We first assess what works well and where information or tasks get stuck. An integration, adjustment or better configuration may be enough. If replacement is needed, we discuss the implications for your data and employees.
How do you determine the costs?
Costs depend on your environment, the work required and the arrangements for management and support. After reviewing your needs, we explain the proposed approach, scope and costs so you can decide whether they fit your situation.
What happens after delivery?
