Network management & UniFi

A network your team
can rely on.

Slow WiFi, dropped connections or unclear equipment ownership? Radorfa investigates your business network and arranges configuration and management of WiFi, switches and access.

Start with your question. We agree the work and costs before starting.

What this means for your team

Understand the cause

We review coverage, cabling, equipment and settings to target the actual problem.

Appropriate access

Business devices, guests and other equipment receive separate networks and clear access rules where needed.

Clear management

Configuration, access, firmware and changes are documented. You know who manages the network and follows up incidents.

UniFi Network

WiFi, switches and access managed clearly.

Radorfa manages UniFi environments, including controller configuration, access points, switches and relevant gateway functions. We assess equipment and coverage before configuring agreed networks and testing connections where employees work.

We assess the equipment, coverage and security in your environment before proposing changes.

Example workflowConnect with the right level of access
  1. Staff

Managed devices use the agreed business network.

  2. Guests

Visitors receive a separate connection with appropriate access.

  3. Verify

Test WiFi coverage, network permissions and failure behaviour.

UniFi settings reflect the building, devices and required network segments.

What Radorfa takes care of

Network management starts with actual use

Discuss your network →

WiFi and wired connections

We assess access points, switches, PoE, cabling and internet connectivity. Where agreed, coverage and roaming are checked around workplaces, meeting rooms or the warehouse.

UniFi, segmentation and access

We manage configuration and device status in UniFi Network. Where needed, VLANs separate business devices, guests and other equipment. Firewall rules and VPN access follow actual connection requirements.

Maintenance and support

We document administrator access and configuration backups. Firmware changes consider compatibility and business impact. We test connectivity and agreed functions afterwards, with clear arrangements for monitoring and follow-up.

From setup to everyday use

Check the places where you work

Coverage on paper is not enough. We check connections, coverage and agreed network access at the workstations your team uses.

Our approach

A clear next step, at every stage.

01

Understand the situation

Tell us where connections fail and which devices and applications matter.

02

Improve where needed

We explain proposed changes to coverage, cabling, settings or equipment.

03

Verify and manage

We test in relevant locations and document maintenance and support.

Before we start

Your questions, answered.

Can you manage our existing UniFi setup?

Yes. We first assess devices, firmware, controller access, network layout and documentation before agreeing the management handover.

Must all equipment be replaced?

No. We investigate existing equipment and causes first. A proposal only includes relevant replacement or expansion.

Can guests have separate WiFi?

Where supported, we configure suitable separation and access. We test that guests can use agreed services without reaching internal systems.

What should we bring to an initial discussion?

Describe the problem, workplace numbers, layout and available information on internet, access points, switches and management. Do not share passwords in a contact form.

Tell us about your situation

Discuss your network

Tell us where connections drop and which equipment you use. We discuss the assessment needed to improve your network or UniFi environment.
